Credit Purchase & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
Unused Purchased Credits may be refunded within 120 days of purchase, less a 5% cancellation and processing fee. The fee is deducted from the otherwise refundable amount.
Credits that have been used to obtain an Unlocked Match or other paid Platform service are final and non-refundable. Whether a Taxpayer responds, hires you, pays you, or becomes a client does not affect whether Credits have been used.
After 120 days, Purchased Credits are not refundable for cash, but unused Purchased Credits remain available in your GMP account and do not expire.
Promotional or bonus Credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
The 5% fee does not apply to duplicate charges or billing errors caused by GMP. Any monetary refund will be returned to the original payment method.
